Jay said his mom was worried when she didn't see his photo here and was having trouble believing he had found a job on Maui.
What took us so long to post it was that Jay was rumored to prepare a mean deep-fried turkey, but for the longest time, he wouldn't prove it. Once he did, we decided he was worthy of having his photo posted. Boy, is his mom relieved.
Jay, also known as Scheesh, JayLo, Wrong Way Jay (he denies that one) and yes, Manta Ray Jay, enjoys long walks on the beach and classical music.
