Equipment Specialty Course $150

November 12-13, 5-9PM each night

If you think you know a lot about gear now (or even if you don't), just wait until our repair tech/instructors Don and Gabe are through with you!  Many of you have hung out and visited with them while they've performed maintenance and repairs on your equipment, but this is your chance to really break out the questions and learn tips and tricks for quick fixes in the field.

Though we want to stress that this is NOT a technician course, we can guarantee that you will learn more about every aspect of scuba equipment than you ever have before.  On the second night of the class, we'll encourage you to bring in your own equipment, even if it's just a mask and fins, and let the techs teach you all about your own gear.

This course DOES count towards your Master Scuba Diver rating!

Pumpkin Carving Results

Thanks to all the super creative divers who joined us for our 10th Annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest - you blew our minds with your creations!

This year's grand prize winner took home Oceanic's top of the line regulator, the Eos.  Ironically, grand prize winner Helayna Peretta arrived at the contest announcing that she needed a new regulator - she didn't even know that Oceanic had provided one for the grand prize!  Helayna carved an intricate old-fashioned alarm clock complete with alarm bells, clock hands, and all the numbers.  Way to go!  To see everyone else's submissions, click here to visit our photo gallery!

New Merchandise

Since we have just returned from the annual dive trade show, you can be sure that lots of new products will start showing up in our shop starting now!  We have brought in ocean-friendly sunscreen, glowstix for night dives that are water activated but turn off when they're dry, a new HD digital camera, and more!  Is there something you think we should carry?  Let us know!
