2009 Underwater Egg Hunt

There are buckets of eggs to collect, including special hidden-prize eggs and a grand-prize egg, so "hop" on over for some Easter fun!
We will give a dive briefing promptly at 8:00 am, immediately after which divers will enter the water, so make sure you arrive early enough to get parking and get geared up. This year we will give divers a head start to head out to the event perimeter and then we will sound a horn signaling that everyone may descend. Divers will have a one hour time limit to collect their eggs and then check back in upon exiting the water.
Earth Day Events
Join us for an underwater clean-up on Earth Day, April 22nd aboard the Maui
Diamond II. This one tank event is free and reservations are
required. Divers are required to hold a minimum certification of Advanced
Open Water. Check-in time will be 1:30PM. Call us now to sign
up! DIVER'S PLEDGE
To ensure that the reefs I dive on continue to thrive, I pledge to:
- Follow all applicable State and Federal laws related to marine life and protected areas.
- Be respectful to all marine life.
- Make every effort to not touch, stand, kick, or rest on corals.
- Never chase, harass, flush from shelter or relocate marine life.
- Not feed fish or other marine life.
- Keep a respectful distance from turtles and never chase them, block their path or try to ride them.
- Secure dive flags to the sandy bottom using weights or other anchoring device or tie off to non-living surfaces.
- Be extra careful if taking photos or videos, being aware of the reef and respectful of the marine life.
- Look before touching the bottom for balance, making sure it is non-living substrate and when absolutely necessary using only one or two fingers for contact.
- Minimize glove use unless required by a medical condition, for thermal protection, or for safety.
