What to Expect
Prior to showing up for the first day of dive training, divers must complete the digital course materials, which are purchased separately through the training agency (PADI). Please allow up to 10-12 hours for completion before your class.
On your first day of training, we will meet at the shop, get you fitted for the equipment that you will be using in class, and we will administer a quick quiz to make sure you’ve absorbed all that eLearning! After that, we will head down to the dive site where the real fun begins. We’ll learn to set up equipment, complete a 200 yard swim and 10 minute float/tread and start the course. The first day usually consists of Confined Water Sessions 1 &2 and Open Water Dive #1. You get to dive on your very first day!.
On the second and third days, students will meet their instructors at the dive site. After our dives on the final day, we’ll return to the shop for a brief classroom session to fill in any knowledge gaps, take a short tour of the shop, and complete dive logs and get you certified!
Students ARE required to provide all of their own transportation to and from the dive sites, so please plan accordingly.
During your course you are eligible to receive 10% OFF on almost any items inside our shop! As well you get 10% OFF a BOAT DIVE to Molokini Crater! So don't MISS OUT!
